Conveniently located near Guadalupe River Park, shopping, and restaurants, our Orangetheory Fitness center in the Rose Garden region of San Jose, California, is the right choice when you're ready to attain your fitness goals. We open early and stay open late in order to accommodate your busy schedule. Our bright, clean and fun fitness studio has plenty of space for changing, and it has a well-lit parking lot.

During a fitness session with us, you'll perform about 60 minutes of intense activity. This is accomplished through interval training. You'll do up to 30 different exercises, each of which helps boost endurance and increase your muscle power. In one session, you could burn up to 1,000 calories! No two sessions are exactly alike, which makes our workouts fun and challenging each time you visit.

We've chosen gym instructors who can motivate you to meet your personal fitness goals. These trainers can show you how to do an exercise or help you modify it for your current fitness level. If you want to train for a race or to build your endurance, the coaches will individually meet with you and assist you in setting fitness goals for yourself.

We welcome everyone, and no judgment or body shaming takes place in our studio. Whether you are new to fitness, an experienced professional athlete or somewhere in the middle, we invite you to join us. We encourage you to get fit and to meet your own goals. Our workouts are designed to be fun and to keep your mind and body challenged and inspired to continue on your fitness journey.

Do you want to try Orangetheory Fitness for yourself? Visit our Rose Garden studio in San Jose, California, and try a session on us! COACH SUPPORT

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
