Sarah grew up playing a variety of sports and taking dance and after college fell in love with Group Fitness and anything that involved getting sweaty and blasting music! You can expect her to bring the heat with her fun playlists, high energy and positive encouragement! She lives by two rules while working out; work hard and have way too much fun!

Amber is a San Jose native and fitness enthusiast. Growing up, she participated in competitive figure skating and was able to tour the U.S. with a women’s precision team as well as participate in solo events.  Over the past 10 years Amber has taken on a variety of fitness roles including wellness coach, private swim instructor, and group exercise instructor and has found her calling at OTF with amazing energy that motivates everyone in her classes!
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for the rush and mental clarity.
 
WHAT IS YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
Sweet things! In particular cheesecake and ice cream.

Daniel has been in the fitness industry since 2002 and has been bleeding Orange since Jan 10, 2014. He has led over 2,000 Orangetheory fitness workouts in over 11 different studios. Daniel is a high octane motivational coach. His NASM CPT, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Weight loss specialist and NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist credentials aid him in delivering only the best fitness experience for all fitness levels.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
